Great Barrington Public Input Session On Proposed Short-Term Rental Bylaw02:07PM / Wednesday, March 30, 2022 | | GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. — The Selectboard will hear public input on the proposed short-term housing rental bylaw during the board's meeting on Monday, April 4, 6 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually, and the log-in information will be posted on the town calendar here. The proposed general bylaw would regulate the use of residential properties for short-term rental use. Any such bylaw would be subject to the vote of an Annual Town Meeting. The properties were taken by the town for non-payment of property taxes, and they are now eligible for sale.
