LENOX, Mass. — Ventfort Hall is opening the museum to the public again as of Thursday, July 16.
The museum will be open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday, closed Wednesdays.
Self-guided tours are by prepaid reservation only at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced. The mansion is located at 104 Walker St. in Lenox, Mass.
Admission is $18 adults, $17 seniors 65 and over, $10 students with ID and $7 children 5-17. Call 413-637-3206 to reserve a tour.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated by the Massachusetts Cultural Council as an important partner of the Lenox Cultural District, one of the five such Berkshire County districts, Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum was built in 1893 for George and Sarah Morgan, the sister of legendary financier J. Pierpont Morgan.
