PITTSFIELD, Mass. Mayor Linda Tyer, the chief elected official for the federally mandated Berkshire Workforce Board, has appointed four leaders to the MassHire Berkshire Workforce Board.
The Appointees are:

Monique Blake, Human Resources Director at Miraval Berkshires

Kimberly Kelly, Director, Community Services at Elder Services of Berkshire County, Inc.

Michele Sweet, Director, Talent Acquisition at Berkshire Health Systems

Paula Euber, Area Director of Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission
This business-led board serves the 32 communities in Berkshire County by identifying the needs of the local job market; leveraging resources; overseeing the MassHire Career Center; implementing college/career readiness programming; and directing workforce programs in the region.
Board Members are volunteers and serve for 2-year terms.
